Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup milk (you can use whole, almond, or oat milk)

1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

2 cups of your favorite cereal (like Cornflakes or Fruity Pebbles)

2 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzling)

1/4 cup crushed nuts (optional, for added texture)

Instructions

Prepare the Cereal Milk: In a bowl, combine the milk and cereal. Let it soak for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. This allows the milk to absorb the cereal flavor. After soaking, strain the mixture to separate the cereal from the milk. Discard the cereal.

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cereal-infused milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Whisk until smooth and well blended.

Create the Sandwich Rounds: Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Use a cookie cutter to cut out circles from a slice of your preferred soft bread (such as white or brioche). Aim for about 12 rounds for 6 sandwiches.

Assemble the Sandwiches: Spread a generous layer of the yogurt mixture onto the center of one bread round. Top with another round to form a sandwich. Repeat this process for all rounds until you have 6 sandwiches.

Freeze the Sandwiches: Place the assembled sandwiches on the lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until fully frozen.

Serve: Once firm, remove the sandwiches from the freezer. Cut in half (if desired) and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle crushed nuts on top for extra crunch.

Enjoy: Grab a sandwich and indulge in the delightful blend of creamy yogurt and crunchy cereal flavors!
