Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1/2 cup granola (your choice)

1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen; strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks (optional)

1 tablespoon chia seeds or hemp seeds (optional for added nutrition)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup (if using) until smooth.

Spread the Yogurt: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it evenly to about 1/2 inch thick using a spatula.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the granola, mixed berries, shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips, and seeds evenly over the yogurt layer. Press the toppings down gently with the back of a spatula to help them adhere.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for about 4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely firm.

Break into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer. Lift the parchment paper off the baking sheet and break the frozen yogurt into pieces or squares.

Serve & Store: Serve immediately or store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy this refreshing breakfast treat anytime!
