1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (dairy or non-dairy)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1/4 cup chopped almonds (optional, for added crunch)

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until smooth and well blended.

    Add the Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the rolled oats and mini chocolate chips to the almond butter mixture. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated. If you're adding chopped almonds, fold them in at this stage.
