Ingredients

4 cups of seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen

2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced

1/4 cup of lime juice (freshly squeezed for the best flavor)

1-2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1/2 cup of coconut water or plain water

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: If not done previously, cube the watermelon and freeze it for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm. Peel and slice the kiwis, setting them aside.

Blend the Slushie: In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes, sliced kiwis, lime juice, honey (or agave syrup), and coconut water.

Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and slushy, adding more coconut water or plain water a tablespoon at a time if the mixture is too thick.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the slushie and adjust sweetness with more honey or agave syrup, if desired.

Serve: Pour the slushie into chilled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an added pop of color and freshness.

Enjoy: Serve immediately with a straw or a spoon and enjoy this refreshing treat!
