Instructions
 

Prepare the Base:

    - In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined and a dough-like consistency forms.

      - Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, letting it hang over the edges for easy removal later.

        - Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish. Use your hands or the back of a spatula to ensure it's packed tightly. Place in the freezer while you prepare the filling.

          Make the Mocha Yogurt Filling:

            - In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, instant coffee granules, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Adjust the sweetness as desired.
