Ingredients

2 cups of plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup of chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)

1/4 cup of dried fruits (like cranberries or apricots)

A pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings: shredded coconut, chia seeds, or fresh berries

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and silky. Be careful not to overheat.

Assemble the Bark: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it evenly with a spatula to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Drizzle with Chocolate: Using a spoon or a piping bag, drizzle the melted chocolate over the spread yogurt, creating a marbled effect. You can also use a toothpick to swirl it gently.

Add Toppings: Scatter the chopped nuts, dried fruits, and a pinch of sea salt evenly over the top. Feel free to add any optional toppings you prefer.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow it to set for 3-4 hours or until fully frozen.

Break into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer. Lift the parchment paper from the baking sheet and break it into pieces, like breaking a chocolate bar.

Serve & Enjoy: Store the bark in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to enjoy. Perfect for a cool treat any time of day!
