Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin tins

Cooking spray (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Blueberries: If using fresh blueberries, wash them thoroughly and remove any stems. If using frozen blueberries, thaw them for a few minutes until slightly soft.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well blended and creamy.

Add Blueberries: Gently fold in the blueberries into the yogurt mixture, being careful not to mash them too much. You want some whole blueberries for texture.

Fill the Molds: Lightly spray your silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin tins with cooking spray (if desired to prevent sticking). Spoon the yogurt and blueberry mixture into each mold, filling them just about to the top.

Freeze: Carefully place the filled trays into the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Pop Out the Bites: Once frozen, remove the trays from the freezer. To release the yogurt bites, gently push from the bottom of each mold. If they’re sticking, run warm water over the back of the tray for a few seconds to help loosen them.

Serve and Enjoy: Your Blueberry Bliss Yogurt Bites are now ready to enjoy! Serve them immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
