1 cup unsalted butter, softened

4 cups powdered sugar

3-4 tablespoons grape soda (adjust for consistency)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a standard muffin tin with cupcake liners.

      Make the Cupcake Batter:

        In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

          Combine Dry Ingredients:

            In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the grape soda. Start and finish with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

              Fill the Muffin Tin:

                  Soak with Grape Soda:
