Ingredients

4 pieces of naan bread

1 cup fresh figs, halved

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup goat cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Arugula for garnish

Instructions

Preheat Grill: Get your grill ready by preheating it to medium-high heat.

Prepare Figs: In a mixing bowl, toss the halved figs with olive oil, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. This will bring out their sweetness when grilled.

Mix Cheeses: In a separate bowl, blend ricotta cheese, crumbled goat cheese, honey, rosemary, and a dash of salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Assemble Naan: Spread a generous layer of the cheese mixture evenly over one side of each naan. Place the figs cut-side down on top of the cheese.

Grill Naan: Carefully place the naan on the grill. Grill for about 3-5 minutes on one side until the bottom is slightly crispy and marks are visible, then flip and grill the other side for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve: Once the naan is grilled and the cheese is slightly melted, remove it from the grill.

Garnish: Top with fresh arugula if desired, drizzle with a little more honey, and serve hot.
