1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

2-3 habanero peppers, seeds removed and chopped (adjust for heat preference)

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Marinade: In a blender or food processor, combine the diced mango, habanero peppers, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
