1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons

1 cup broccoli florets

½ cup sugar snap peas, ends trimmed

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

2 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the sliced chicken, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for at least 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.

    Heat the Pan: In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

      Cook the Chicken: Add the marinated chicken to the hot pan in a single layer and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. Stir occasionally for even cooking. Once done, remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
