1 cup buttermilk (or regular milk with 1 tbsp vinegar added)

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed for topping

1/4 cup granulated sugar for topping

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon until evenly combined.
