2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved (bocconcini)

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.

      Bake the Chicken: Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

        Add Toppings: Once the chicken is cooked, remove the baking dish from the oven. Top each chicken breast with halved cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls.

          Bake Again: Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

            Finishing Touch: Remove the dish from the oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with chopped basil.

              Serve: Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot, garnished with extra basil if desired.
