1 pound (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

1 bell pepper (any color), sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 carrot, julienned

1 zucchini, sliced

3 garlic cloves, minced

1-inch piece of ginger, grated

2 green onions, chopped

Cooked rice or quinoa (for serving)

Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Beef: In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix until the beef is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.

    Prepare Vegetables: While the beef is marinating, rinse and slice the bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and zucchini. Set aside.
