1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

1 egg (for egg wash)

Optional: Cream cheese for dipping

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

      Incorporate Yogurt: Add the Greek yogurt to the flour mixture. Use a fork or your hands to mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.

        Add Cheese: Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly distributed through the dough.

          Form Dough: Sprinkle some flour on your work surface, then transfer the dough onto it. Knead it gently until it comes together into a ball.

            Shape Bites: Divide the dough into small pieces, about the size of a golf ball. Shape each piece into a round ball and place it on the prepared baking sheet.

              Egg Wash: In a small bowl, beat the egg. Brush the tops of each bagel bite with the egg wash to achieve a golden color when baked.

                Season: Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously over each dough ball.

                  Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they're golden brown and puffed up.

                    Cool & Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with cream cheese for dipping if desired.
