Crockpot Chicken Nacho Dip

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great!)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (like Rotel)

1/2 cup corn, frozen or canned (drained)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: sliced jalapeƱos, chopped cilantro, green onions, sour cream, and tortilla chips for serving

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

    Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker. Spread it out evenly.

      Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until the cheeses are melted and everything is heated through.
