2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, ensuring they are well-coated. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly.

      Make the Honey Mustard Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
