Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Cottage Cheese: In a mixing bowl, add the cottage cheese and blend it with a hand mixer or in a food processor until smooth. This will help create a crispy texture.

      Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and Parmesan cheese until evenly mixed.

        Fold Together: Gradually add the dry mixture into the blended cottage cheese. Use a spatula to fold everything together until a thick batter forms. The mixture should be thick but spreadable.

          Shape the Chips: Use a spoon or a small ice cream scoop to dollop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each dollop into thin rounds with a spatula or the back of a spoon to create chip shapes.
