1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon sea salt

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)

½ cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)

½ cup pumpkin seeds

¼ cup dried cranberries or raisins

½ teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for a hint of sweetness)

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). This will give your chickpeas the perfect crunchiness.

    Prepare the Chickpeas: After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, spread them out on a clean kitchen towel or paper towel. Pat them dry to remove excess moisture.

      Season the Chickpeas: In a mixing bowl, toss the dried chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and cayenne pepper until they are evenly coated.

        Spread on Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer.
