8 oz. (225g) pasta of your choice (fettuccine or penne work well)

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.

    Sauté the Aromatics: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

      Add the Spinach and Artichokes: Stir in the chopped spinach and drained artichoke hearts. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted and everything is heated through.
