Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or baguette slices, for serving

Instructions

Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish (an 8x8 inch or similar size works well).

Mix the Creamy Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the Flavor: Stir in the minced garlic, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes. Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste.

Incorporate the Vegetables: Fold in the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts, making sure they’re well-coated with the creamy mixture.

Cheesy Goodness: Gently fold in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the creamy mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.

Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, let it cool slightly before garnishing with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm with tortilla chips or slices of baguette for dipping.
