2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

3 cups fresh broccoli florets (or frozen, thawed)

1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil (optional, for drizzling)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Broccoli: If using fresh broccoli, steam the florets in a pot of boiling water for about 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside. If using frozen broccoli, ensure it is fully thawed and drained.

      Make the Creamy Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and chicken broth. Whisk until smooth. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

        Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked chicken, cooked rice, and steamed (or thawed) broccoli to the creamy mixture. Toss everything together until the chicken and broccoli are well coated.
