Ingredients

2 cups corn chips (such as Fritos)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup caramel sauce

Whipped cream (for topping)

Extra corn chips for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the corn chips and melted butter. Mix well until the chips are evenly coated. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust.

      Bake the Crust:

Place the crust in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, until it's golden and fragrant. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

          Make the Ice Cream Mixture:

In another mixing bowl, combine the softened vanilla ice cream and creamy peanut butter. Stir gently until fully blended and smooth.

              Assemble the Pie:

Once the crust is completely cooled, pour the ice cream mixture into the crust, spreading it out evenly. Swirl in the chocolate chips and drizzle some caramel sauce on top.

                  Freeze the Pie:

Cover the pie with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the ice cream is firm.

                      Serve:

Once fully frozen, remove from the freezer. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to soften slightly. Slice into wedges and top each piece with a dollop of whipped cream and additional corn chips for garnish.

                          Enjoy:

Serve immediately and enjoy the sweet and salty goodness of Corn Chip Ice Cream Pie!
