2 cups powdered sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional, for smoother chocolate)

Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Prepare the Mint Filling:

    - In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, peppermint extract, and salt.

      - Mix well using a spatula or your hands until fully combined and a soft dough forms. The mixture should be pliable but not sticky.

        Shape the Patties:

          - Dust your hands and work surface with powdered sugar to prevent sticking. Take small portions of the dough (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls.

            - Flatten each ball into a disk shape about ¼ inch thick. Place the patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

              - Repeat until all the dough is shaped. You should have around 12-15 patties.

                Chill the Patties:

                  - Cover the patties with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. This will make them easier to dip in chocolate.

                    Melt the Chocolate:

                      - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.

                        Dip the Patties:
