Ingredients

9 cups Chex cereal (Rice or Corn)

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)

1/4 cup butter (unsalted)

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup cherry pie filling

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup freeze-dried cherries

Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Prepare the Cereal: In a large bowl, pour the Chex cereal and set aside.

Melt the Mixture: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, cream cheese, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.

Add Flavorings: Once the mixture is melted and combined, stir in the vanilla extract and cherry pie filling until well incorporated.

Coat the Cereal: Pour the melted mixture over the Chex cereal gently, mixing until every piece is evenly coated.

Dust with Sugar: In a large zip-top bag, combine the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Carefully add the coated Chex cereal to the bag, seal it, and shake until well-coated.

Add Texture: Once coated, gently fold in the freeze-dried cherries to add a burst of flavor.

Cool and Serve: Spread the coated mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool for about 10-15 minutes. After cooling, dust with extra powdered sugar before serving.

Enjoy: Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week (if it lasts that long!).
