Ingredients
  

  • 2.0 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1.0 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.0 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 0.0 teaspoon pepper to taste
  • 4.0 large tortillas
  • 0.0 spray olive oil or melted butter
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon an even amount of the spinach-cheese filling onto the center of the tortilla, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edges. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to preheat at 375°F (190°C) for about 4.0 minutes.
  • Brush the Wraps: Lightly spray or brush the outside of each wrap with olive oil or melted butter to help them crisp up during cooking.
  • Air Fry the Wraps: Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd. Air fry for 9.0 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
