Ingredients

1 can (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough

1 cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, diced pineapple, etc.)

¼ cup sliced almonds or walnuts (optional)

2 tablespoons honey (for drizzling)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Cookie Base: Open the tube of refrigerated sugar cookie dough and spread it evenly in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Use your fingers or a spatula to create an even layer.

Bake the Base: Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add Yogurt and Cheese: Fold in the Greek yogurt and shredded mozzarella cheese into the cream cheese mixture until well blended.

Spread the Cream Cheese Mixture: Once the cookie base has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of the cookie layer.

Prepare the Fruit Topping: Wash and chop the selected fruits into bite-sized pieces. Evenly distribute them over the cream cheese layer.

Add Nuts (Optional): For an extra crunch, sprinkle sliced almonds or walnuts on top of the fruits.

Drizzle with Honey: Finish by drizzling honey over the entire casserole for added sweetness.

Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the Cheesy Fruit Pizza Casserole for at least 1 hour to firm up the layers. Cut into squares and serve chilled. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
