2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (plus more for topping)

1 cup cream of chicken soup (or a homemade version)

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with a little oil or butter to prevent sticking.

    Prepare the Broccoli: If you're using fresh broccoli, steam or blanch the florets for about 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender but still bright green. If using frozen broccoli, you can use it straight from the freezer.

      Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika (if using). Stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
