20 jumbo pasta shells

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

2 cups marinara sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Cook the Shells: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

    Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

      Fill the Shells: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully stuff each cooked shell with about 2 tablespoons of the chicken and spinach filling and place them in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

        Add Marinara Sauce: Pour the marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, ensuring all shells are covered. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
