4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Olive oil (for frying)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

    Prepare Chicken: Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

      Season Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil.

        Stuff Chicken: In the center of each chicken breast, sprinkle approximately 2-3 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese. Carefully roll the chicken up tightly, starting from one end, and secure it with toothpicks or kitchen twine.

          Prepare Dredging Station: Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with Italian bread crumbs.

            Dredge Chicken Rolls: Roll each stuffed chicken breast first in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

              Fry Chicken Rolls: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken rolls and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. You may need to do this in batches to avoid overcrowding the skillet.
