1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled

For the Cafe Latte Frosting:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/4 cup brewed espresso, cooled (or strong coffee)

2 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Cocoa powder for dusting (optional)

For the Mocha Drizzle:

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon brewed coffee

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a square baking dish (8x8 inches) with parchment paper, allowing the edges to hang over for easy removal.

      Make the Brownie Batter:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and brewed coffee. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

          Bake the Brownies:

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan on a wire rack.

              Prepare the Cafe Latte Frosting:

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix on low speed until combined. Pour in the cooled espresso, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Beat until the frosting is light and fluffy.

                  Frost the Brownies:

Once the brownies are completely cool, remove them from the pan. Spread the cafe latte frosting evenly over the top of the brownies. If desired, sprinkle a light dusting of cocoa powder on top for an elegant finish.

                      Make the Mocha Drizzle:

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the heavy cream and brewed coffee, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before drizzling over the frosted brownies.

                          Serve:

Cut the brownies into squares and drizzle the mocha sauce in a creative pattern over the top. Enjoy these delectable, coffee-infused treats with a steaming latte or your favorite beverage!
