Ingredients

2 large naan breads

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried chili flakes (adjust to taste)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup baby spinach leaves

¼ cup black olives, sliced

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, and chili flakes. Sauté gently for 2-3 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat.

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up for optimal crispiness.

Prepare Naan Base: Place the naan breads on a baking sheet or a pizza peel (if using a pizza stone). Brush each naan generously with the garlic butter mixture, making sure to evenly coat the surface.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the naan. Then arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, and sliced black olives across the cheese.

Sprinkle Parmesan: After adding the veggies, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top for added flavor and richness.

Season: Lightly salt and pepper the toppings. If you desire an extra kick, you can add a pinch more chili flakes.

Bake Pizza: Transfer the naan pizzas to the preheated oven (or onto the hot pizza stone) and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the naan pizzas from the oven. Let them cool for a minute, then garnish with fresh basil leaves. Slice and serve hot.
