1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)

4 large whole wheat or spinach wraps

1 cup shredded romaine lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional)

Prepare the Chickpeas: In a medium bowl, combine the drained chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well until the chickpeas are evenly coated.

    Cook the Chickpeas: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chickpeas and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they're heated through and slightly crispy.

      Add Buffalo Sauce: Pour the buffalo sauce over the cooked chickpeas, stirring to coat them evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Remove from heat.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Start by placing a generous portion of the buffalo chickpeas in the center. Top with a handful of shredded cheddar cheese, followed by shredded romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, and red onions.

          Wrap it Up: Fold the sides of the wrap in towards the center, then roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling tightly. Repeat with the remaining wraps.
