8 oz rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup celery, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1 cup corn (canned, drained or frozen)

1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

1/4 cup ranch dressing (or to taste)

Fresh parsley for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.

    Prepare the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce. Adjust the amount of sauce according to your desired spice level.

      Combine Ingredients: In a large salad bowl, combine the cooled pasta, buffalo chicken, cherry tomatoes, celery, red onion, carrots, and corn. Toss gently to mix everything together.

        Dress the Salad: Drizzle the ranch dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine. If desired, add blue cheese crumbles and mix again, being careful to keep the cheese intact.
