8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup Frank's RedHot Buffalo sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chopped green onions (for garnish)

Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for serving

Instructions

Prep the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer or fork to blend the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in the sour cream, mayonnaise, and Buffalo sauce. Mix until fully combined.

Add Chicken and Cheeses: Fold in the shredded cooked chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and blue cheese crumbles (if using). Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything until well incorporated.

Transfer Mixture: Pour the Buffalo chicken mixture into a greased baking dish (about 8x8 inches works best).

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the edges are a little golden.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for dipping.
