2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

6 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup cucumber, diced

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

½ avocado, diced

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (optional for tanginess)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Prepare the Bacon: Start by cooking the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until it is crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess grease. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.
