Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (grilled or rotisserie works well)

½ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

½ cup ranch dressing

4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup sliced green onions

½ cup corn (canned or frozen, thawed)

1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for grilling wraps)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce until well coated. Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce according to your taste preference—more for a tangier flavor!

Make the Ranch Mixture: In another bowl, combine the ranch dressing with a pinch of salt and pepper. You can add extra herbs or spices for additional flavor if desired.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out your tortillas on a clean, flat surface. Starting from the bottom of the tortilla, layer with ¼ of the BBQ chicken mixture, followed by a handful of lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, corn, and sliced green onions.

Wrap It Up: Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring that the filling stays secure in the wrap.

Optional Grilling: If you prefer warm wraps, heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Place the wraps seam side down on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Slice and Serve: Once cooked, remove from heat and slice each wrap in half. Serve immediately with extra BBQ sauce and ranch dressing for dipping!
