2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite variety)

1 cup coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey (optional for sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat for a healthier option)

1 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Prepare the BBQ Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce until well coated. Feel free to add more sauce based on your preference. Set aside.

    Make the Coleslaw: In another bowl, mix together the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey (if using), garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until the mixture is well combined and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

      Warm the Tortillas: In a skillet over medium heat, lightly warm the tortillas for 20-30 seconds on each side, or until they are pliable. This will help prevent tearing when wrapping.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a warm tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous scoop of the BBQ chicken mixture (about 1/2 cup) in the center of the tortilla. Top with 1/4 cup of the coleslaw mixture, a few slices of avocado, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
