Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

8 slices of bacon

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup baby spinach leaves

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1 avocado, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the middle. Remove from heat, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.

Cook the Bacon: In the same skillet, add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.

Combine Chicken and BBQ Sauce: In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with the BBQ sauce until well coated. You can adjust the amount of sauce based on your preference.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Start by adding a layer of baby spinach leaves to each tortilla. Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken strips on top, followed by the crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, red onion slices, and avocado.

Wrap it Up: Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it from the bottom up to secure all the fillings inside. You can use a toothpick to hold the wrap together if necessary.

Grill the Wraps (Optional): For added crispness, you can place the assembled wraps on a grill or grill pan over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Serve: Cut the wraps in half for easier eating and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
