Ingredients
  

2 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup salami, chopped

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: jalapeños for heat

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped salami, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil. Add the ranch dressing and mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Assemble the Quesadilla: Lay one flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread half of the chicken and salami mixture evenly over one half of the tortilla. Place a few avocado slices on top of the mixture. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.

      Cook the Quesadilla: Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the folded quesadilla in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese has melted.

        Repeat: Repeat the process for the second quesadilla, adding more olive oil if necessary.

          Serve: Once both quesadillas are cooked, transfer them to a cutting board. Allow them to cool for a minute, then cut into wedges. Serve with additional ranch dressing and sliced jalapeños if desired.
