4 haddock fillets (about 6 oz each)

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 lemon, zested and juiced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Lemon wedges for serving

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

    Prepare Haddock: Rinse the haddock fillets under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and the smoked paprika.

      Make Garlic Crumbs: In a bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, melted butter, lemon zest, and half of the chopped parsley. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
