Ingredients

4 whole wheat tortillas

1 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

2 medium apples, cored and thinly sliced (preferably crisp varieties like Honeycrisp or Fuji)

1 cup granola or your favorite trail mix

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

¼ cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)

1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens (for a healthy kick)

Instructions

Prep the Ingredients: Start by washing the apples thoroughly. Core and slice them into thin wedges. If using, mix the raisins or dried cranberries with the granola in a bowl and set aside.

Spread the Peanut Butter: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Using a spatula or a butter knife, spread about ¼ cup of peanut butter evenly across the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add Sliced Apples: Layer the apple slices over the peanut butter spread, arranging them evenly so every bite has a piece of apple.

Sprinkle Granola and Cinnamon: Evenly sprinkle granola or trail mix over the apple layers, then drizzle with honey if desired. Finally, dust a sprinkle of cinnamon over the top for added flavor.

Add Greens: If using, lay a handful of baby spinach or mixed greens on top for some freshness and extra nutrients.

Roll It Up: Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla up tightly to encase the filling. Be sure to tuck in the sides as you roll to create a sealed wrap.

Slice and Serve: Using a sharp knife, cut the wrap into halves or thirds for easy bite-sized pieces. Arrange on a plate and serve immediately, or wrap in parchment paper for an on-the-go treat!

Storage Tip: Keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Enjoy as a quick snack or lunch addition!
