2 ripe avocados, sliced

2 ripe peaches, sliced

8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced

1 cup fresh basil leaves

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Optional: Toasted pine nuts or walnuts for garnish

Prep the Ingredients: Begin by slicing the avocados and peaches into even slices, and the fresh mozzarella into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

    Layer the Salad: On a large serving platter or individual plates, alternate layers of avocado, peach, and mozzarella slices. Start with a slice of avocado, followed by a peach slice, and then a mozzarella slice. Repeat this pattern until all ingredients are arranged.
