3 limes, juiced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ cup olive oil

1 tablespoon honey (or agave syrup for a vegan option)

Optional: lime wedges and additional cilantro for garnish
