Ingredients

2 medium zucchinis

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon paprika (optional)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for extra flavor)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Zucchini:

Wash and dry the zucchinis. Cut off the ends and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick for optimal crispiness.

      Make the Garlic Oil Mixture:

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using). Mix well.

          Coat the Zucchini Slices:

Place the zucchini slices in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the garlic oil mixture over them and toss gently to ensure all slices are evenly coated.

              Add Cheese (Optional):

If you want an extra cheesy flavor, add the grated Parmesan cheese to the coated zucchini slices and toss again.

                  Preheat the Air Fryer:

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

                      Arrange Zucchini in Air Fryer:

In a single layer, place the zucchini slices in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded for even cooking. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

                          Cook the Zucchini Chips:

Air fry the zucchini for 12-15 minutes, stopping halfway through to shake the basket gently and ensure even cooking. They should turn golden brown and crispy.

                              Serve:

Once done, remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

                                  Enjoy:

Serve warm as a snack or appetizer, perfect for dipping in your favorite sauce.
